Marion L. Phillips Apartments, Public Housing Waiting List

The Claremont Housing Authority (CHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for Marion L. Phillips apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of September 1, 2019, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application. Select the "Click Here to print out this application" link.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live or work in Claremont NH or have been notified that they are hired to work in Claremont.
• Involuntarily Displaced - forced to move from their home as a result of a natural disaster such as a fire or flood or by code enforcement or actions by a private owner or victims of violence.
• Pay more than 50% gross monthly income for rent and utilities for at least 90 days.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
