Berry Gardens, Studio, 1 and 2-Bedroom Senior Public Housing Waiting List

The Jersey City Housing Authority (JCHA) is accepting Senior Public Housing waiting list applications for Studio, 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Berry Gardens from July 12, 2021 at 12:00 am ET, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
