1-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Hoboken Housing Authority (HHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments from March 27, 2023, until April 5, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Veterans and surviving spouses
• Involuntary displacement persons
• Displaced persons who are victims of domestic violence
• Hoboken Residents

200 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
