The Housing Authority of the County of Rio Arriba (HACRA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HACRA offers one Public Housing community with 53 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the HACRA to pick up a pre-application, located at 737 La Joya Street, Espanola, NM 87532, during normal office hours.
  2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.
