The Housing Authority of the Village of Cuba (HAVC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The three bedroom waiting list is currently closed.The HAVC offers one Public Housing community with 28 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Request to have a pre-application mailed or emailed to you by calling (575) 289-3499 during normal office hours.
  2. Visit the HAVC to pick up a pre-application, located at 29 Rainbow Loop, Cuba, NM 87013, during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.No preferences were noted.For more information, the HAVC can be reached by calling (575) 289-3499 during normal office hours.
