2, 3, 4, and 5-Bedroom; Family Public Housing Waiting List

The Lockport Housing Authority (LHA) waiting list for 2, 3, 4, and 5-Bedroom, Family Public Housing apartments at Beacon Heights Apartments, David Woody Apartments, and Gabriel Drive Apartments is currently open. Pre-applications are being accepted since at least July, 2019, until further notice.

• Beacon Heights Apartments is located at 311-333 Michigan Street, Lockport, New York, 14094.
  • 2 and 3-Bedroom units.
• David Woody Apartments is located at 260-268 Garden Street, Lockport, New York, 14094.
  • 2, 3, 4, and 5-Bedroom units.
• Gabriel Drive Apartments is located at 2-98 Gabriel Drive, Lockport, New York, 14094.
  • 2 and 3-Bedroom units.

To apply during the opening period, download and print the paper pre-application online. Select the "Family Unit Application" link under the Quick Links section.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be returned to the LHA main office, located at 301 Michigan St, PO Box 344, Lockport, NY 14095 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm ET.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Displacement due to Domestic Violence
  • Documentation Required: Order of Protection, Police Report, or Verification from a Domestic Violence Shelter
• Involuntary Displacement
  • Documentation Required: Condemnation letter from Code Enforcement or verification of a natural disaster
• Homelessness
  • Documentation Required: Verification from housing services agency

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
