West Carthage Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The West Carthage Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.Please Note: This housing authority does not offer public housing for families.This housing authority offers three apartment communities for senior/disabled individualsThere are two ways to apply for public housing:1. Request an application be mailed to you by calling 315-493-3581, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday.2. Visit the housing authority office to pick up an application, located at 63 Madison Street, Carthage , NY 13619, during normal office hours.Once the application has been completed, it can be hand delivered or mailed to the address listed above.
