Town of Hoosick Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Town of Hoosick Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications until further notice.

There are two ways to apply for public housing:

1. Request an application be mailed to you by calling (518) 686-5408, during normal office hours.

2. Visit the housing authority to pick up an application, located at 1 Wood Park Ln, Hoosick Falls, NY 12090, during normal office hours.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to have the last page of the application notarized if mailing it back.

This housing authority does not have a preference, your application is placed by date and time received.
