Waldron Terrace Apartments Public Housing Waiting List

The Village of Nyack Housing Authority (VNHA) Public Housing waiting list for Waldron Terrace Apartments is currently open.  This waiting list opened in 2009, and is open until further notice.

This waiting list has a preference for persons living in the zip code area of 10960.

The Village of Nyack is part of Orangetown, New York and is approximately 19 miles north of the Manhattan boundary. The Village of Nyack lies directly across the Hudson river from Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow, New York and is 35 miles from Norwalk, Connecticut.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
