Elizabeth City Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Elizabeth City Housing Authority (ECHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The ECHA offers three Public Housing communities with 335 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the ECHA in person on Tuesday or Thursday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. The ECHA is located at 440 Hariot Dr, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.Be sure to bring these original documents when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
