The Spruce Pine Housing Authority (SPHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The SPHA offers one Public Housing community with 84 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the SPHA to make an appointment to submit an application.
