Morganton Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Morganton Housing Authority (MHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The MHA offers two Public Housing communities with 247 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the MHA to submit an application in person, located at 100 Carolina St, Morganton, NC 28655, between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, every Tuesday, except the first Tuesday of the month.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, photo IDs for all adult household members, marriage certificate if applicable.No preferences were noted.For more information, the MHA can be reached by calling (828) 437-9101, during normal office hours.
