Southern Pines Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Southern Pines Housing Authority (SPHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The SPHA offers one Public Housing community with 101 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the SPHA on the second and third Tuesday of the month, between the hours of 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm, to submit an application in person. The SPHA is located at 801 S Mechanic St, Southern Pines, NC 28387.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, the SPHA can be reached by calling (910) 692-2042, during normal office hours.
