Valdese Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Valdese Housing Authority (VHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The VHA offers one Public Housing community with 121 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the VHA the last three weeks of the month to apply in person, between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday-Thursday. The VHA is located at 1402 Lydia Ave NW, Valdese, NC 28690.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, the VHA can be reached by calling (828) 874-0098, during normal office hours.
