Lenoir Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Lenoir Housing Authority (LHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The LHA offers one Public Housing community with 158 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the LHA to submit an application in person, located at 431 Vance St. NW, Lenoir, NC 28645, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday.Be sure to bring these documents when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, the LHA can be reached by calling (828) 758-5536, during normal office hours.
