Dayswoods, 2 and 3-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Sandusky Metropolitan Housing Authority (SMHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Day Woods from March 4, 2042, until August 1, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.

Application Method

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up a paper application at the SMHA office.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the SMHA office.
