Pickaway Metropolitan Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Pickaway Metropolitan Housing Authority (PMHA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August 2021, until further notice.

• 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom units in Circleville, OH.
• 3 and 4-bedroom units in Ashville, OH.
• 4-bedroom units in Williamsport, OH.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application available here.
2. Print the paper application available here.
3. Pick up an application from PMHA office, located at 176 Rustic Drive, Circleville, Ohio 43113 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Veterans

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
