Oklahoma City Housing Authority Senior Public Housing Waiting List

The Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA) Senior Public Housing waiting list for apartments at various properties is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least June, 2019, until further notice.

Please note: This opening is for the following properties:

• Andrews Square
• Candle Lake Senior Center
• Classen Senior Center
• Danforth Senior Center
• Hillcrest Senior Center
• Jeltz Senior Center
• Shartel Towers
• The Towers

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list may have the following preferences:

• Disabled
  • Disabled person is defined as a person who is under a disability as defined in Section 223 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. §423), or as defined in the Oklahoma City Housing Authority’s Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program’s Administrative Plan Chapter 3 Exhibit 3-1 which can be found online at www.ochanet.org.
