South Haven Manor Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Tulsa (THA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for South Haven Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January 3, 2024, until further notice. 

This waiting list is for the following property:

• South Haven Manor - located at 4012 W 56th Pl, Tulsa, OK 74107. Units include 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Veteran
• Disabled
• Victims of Domestic Violence
• Involuntary Displaced  
  • Must have a letter from FEMA indicating the displacement or you must have a letter from the PHA indicating they displaced you.
• Involuntary Displacement or 62 and older
  • Must have a letter from FEMA indicating the displacement or you must have a letter from a Public Housing Agency indicating they displaced you or you must be 62 or older.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
