Home Forward last accepted applications for this waiting list from November 30, 2022, until December 14, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

• Townhouse Terrace and Floresta had 2 and 3-Bedroom units.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

100 applicants were placed on the Demar Downs 2-Bedroom waiting list.

100 applicants were placed on each of the Townhouse Terrace 2 and 3-Bedroom waiting list.

50 applicants were placed on each of the Floresta  2 and 3-Bedroom waiting list waiting list.
