Dahlke Manor, Holgate House and Ruth Haefner Plaza, Near Elderly and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Home Forward Near Elderly and Disabled Public Housing waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Dahlke Manor, Holgate House and Ruth Haefner Plaza is closed.

Home Forward will accept applications for this waiting list from November 30, 2022, until December 14, 2022. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences for Dahlke Manor and Ruth Haefner Plaza:

•  Applicants who are 55 or older or have a disability.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed for Holgate House.

200 applicants were placed on the Dahlke Manor waiting list.

75 applicants were placed on the Ruth Haefner Plaza waiting list.

75 applicants were placed on the Holgate House waiting list waiting list.
