Central Park, Towers East, Gross Towers, 700 Building, Walnut Manor and Senior Scattered Sites Senior / Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Allentown Housing Authority (AHA) last accepted Senior and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for Central Park, Towers East, Gross Towers, 700 Building, Walnut Manor and Senior Scattered Sites apartments from October 16, 2023, until October 20, 2023.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list was the following preferences:

• Victims of domestic violence.
• Residents of the City of Allentown.
• Displaced by government action or natural disaster.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
