Brooke Estates, Jefferson Heights, Richard Delp Townhomes, and Cacoosing Meadows Public Housing Waiting List

The Berks County Housing Authority (BCHA) Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Brooke Estates, Jefferson Heights, Richard Delp Townhomes, and Cacoosing Meadows is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 21, 2021 until June 29, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: Each property has the following bedroom sizes:

• Brooke Estates (1 & 2 bedrooms only)
• Jefferson Heights (1, 2 & 3 bedrooms only)
• Richard Delp Townhomes (1 & 2 bedrooms only)
• Cacoosing Meadows (1, 2 & 3 bedrooms only)

To apply during the opening period: applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
