Multiple Properties Senior / Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is accepting Senior and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for Multiple Properties from May 29, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Caliguiri High Rise – located at 803 E Warrington Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15210. Offering 1-bedroom units.
• Carrick Regency – located at 2129 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15210. Offering 1-bedroom units.
• Finello High Rise – located at 3206 Niagara St, Pittsburgh, PA 15213. Offering 1-bedroom units.
• Frank Mazza Pavilion –  located at 920 Brookline Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15226. 1-bedroom units.
• Gualtieri Manor – located at 2125 Los Angeles Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15216. Offering Studio/1-bedroom units.
• Morse Gardens – located at 2416 Sarah St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203. Offering 1-bedroom units.
• Murray Towers – located at 2825 Murray Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15217. Offering Studio/1-bedroom units.
• PA Bidwell High Rise – located at 1014 Sheffield St, Pittsburgh, PA 15233. Offering 1-bedroom units.
• Pressley Street High Rise – located at 601 Pressley St, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.Offering Studio/1-bedroom units.

Please note: "High Rises- The Head of Household, Spouse or Co-Head of Household must be elderly (62 years of age or older) or disabled."

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Working
• Disabled
• Elderly
• Veteran

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.

There are four ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Print the paper application that will be available on the HACP website.
2. Email [email protected] to request an application.
3. Pick up an application in person at the HACP One-stop Shop, located at 412 Boulevard of the Allies, 1st Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
4. Call the Occupancy Department at 412-456-5030 to request an application.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Emailed to [email protected].
2. Faxed to (412) 456-5182.
3. Turn in at the the HACP One-stop Shop, located at 412 Boulevard of the Allies, 1st Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
4. Mailed to the HACP Occupancy Department, 100 Ross Street, 4th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
5. Dropped off at the HACP Occupancy Department drop box, located 100 Ross Street, 4th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
