The Housing Authority of the County of Butler (HACB) Near-Elderly Public Housing waiting list for Efficiency, 1, and 2-Bedroom apartments at Historic Lafayette Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least September, 2021, until further notice.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $35,640
• 2 Persons $40,740

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
