Johnstown Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Johnstown Housing Authority (JHA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August, 2018, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, pick up an application at the JHA office, located at 501 Chestnut St, Johnstown, PA 15906, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm ET, Monday-Friday.

Once the application has been completed, it can be hand delivered to the address above, or mailed to P.O. Box 419, Johnstown, PA 15906.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live, work, or have been hired to work in Cambria County
• Veteran.
