Portsmouth Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Portsmouth Housing Authority (PHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.

The PHA offers one Public Housing community with 40 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.

The PHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: victims of domestic violence, working families, disabled, elderly, veterans and families, or live and/or work in Portsmouth.
