The Housing Authority of Cheraw (HAC) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications once a month from February 13, 2024, until November 12, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: The Housing Authority of Cheraw covers Chesterfield County, SC. This housing authority is managed by the Housing Authority of Florence.

Please note: "Once your name has been selected on the Pre-Application preliminary waiting list, you will be scheduled for an appointment to complete a full application."
