The Housing & Community Redevelopment Authority of Marlboro (HCRAMC) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications once a month from February 20, 2024, until November 19, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: The Housing & Community Redevelopment Authority of Marlboro County covers the Counties of Marlboro and Dillon, SC. This housing authority is managed by the Housing Authority of Florence.

This waiting list was open on the following dates in 2024:

To apply while the waitlist was open, complete the application in person at The Housing Authority of Florence office.

Please note: "Once your name has been selected on the Pre-Application preliminary waiting list, you will be scheduled for an appointment to complete a full application."

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
