Etowah Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Etowah Housing Authority (EHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The EHA offers one Public Housing community with 134 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the EHA to pick up an application, located at 400 Sunset Dr., Etowah, TN 37331, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm EDT (closed from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm), Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday, Wednesdays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm (closed from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm), on Tuesdays or Thursdays.Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, Proof of all earned and unearned income, and Photo IDs for all adult household members.The EHA does have a preference for elderly and disabled applicants.For more information, the EHA can be reached by calling 423-263-2674, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm (closed from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm), Mondays and Tuesdays; and Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.
