Dayton Elderly/Disabled Senior / Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Dayton Housing Authority (DHA) last accepted Dayton Elderly/Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of April 8, 2022, until December 1, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the DHA "Due to the current length of The Dayton Housing Authority's Public Housing Waiting list, effective December 1, 2023, we will no longer be accepting applications for any of our Public Housing units located in Dayton, TN. "

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
