Elizabethton Housing and Development Agency Public Housing Waiting List

The Elizabethton Housing & Development Agency (EHDA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The EHA offers one Public Housing community with 324 units for families and senior/disabled households.To apply, download the pre-application online here, then print and complete.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to 910 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, TN  37644, from 7:30 am until 10:30 am EDT on Wednesdays; and from 7:30 am until 10:30 am, and 1:30 pm until 3:30 pm on ThursdaysBe sure to include these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members, and references.No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the EHA website, or call the office at (423) 543-3571 during normal office hours.
