Grundy Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Grundy Housing Authority (GHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The GHA offers one Public Housing community with 110 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the GHA to submit an application in person, located at 187 Raulston Ave., Monteagle, TN 37356, from 8:00 am until 11:00 am CDT, and 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. All adults must be present when applying.The GHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: homeless, substandard living conditions, working families, elderly, disabled, enrolled in an educational or job training program, victim of domestic violence, veteran, or victim of a natural disaster.For more information, the GHA can be reached by calling (931) 924-2496 during normal office hours.
