The Memphis Housing Authority (MHA) last accepted Senior Public Housing waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedrooms for University Place Southeast Senior Living, Fairway Senior Living and Latham Terrace Senior Apartments from October 18, 2023, until October 20, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
