Dyersburg Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Dyersburg Housing Authority (DHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The DHA offers two Public Housing communities with 499 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the DHA to pick up an application, located at 541 Hike Ave., Dyersburg, TN 38024, from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm CDT, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The DHA does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the application is received.For more information, the DHA can be reached by calling (731) 285-6771 from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
