Gallaway Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Martin Housing Authority (MHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.Please note: The MHA manages the property in Gallaway, TN.The MHA offers one Public Housing community with 298 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:1. Download the online application, HUD Release of Info, MHA Release of Info, Contact Info, and Debt Owed and Termination Disclosure forms, then print and complete.2. Follow this link to apply online. Once you have submitted your online application, you must download, print and complete these forms: HUD Release of Info, MHA Release of Info, Contact Info, and Debt Owed and Termination Disclosure.Once the application and additional forms have been completed, they can be hand delivered or mailed to 134 East Heights Dr., Martin, TN 38237.The MHA does have a preference for: Elderly, disabled, full-time college student.For more information, visit the MHA website, or call the MHA office at (731) 587-3186 during normal office hours.
