McMinnville Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The McMinnville Housing Authority (MHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications.

The MHA offers two Public Housing communities with 422 units.

To apply, visit the MHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 301 Hardaway St., McMinnville, TN 37110, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm CDT, Monday-Friday.

Once the pre-application has been completed, you must call the MHA to schedule an application interview at (931) 473-3286 from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
