Red Bay Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Red Bay Housing Authority (RBHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The waiting list for Public Housing is very short.The RBHA offers one Public Housing community with 163 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 5 bedrooms.To apply, visit the RBHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 703 Second Street West, Red Bay, AL 35582-1426, from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The RBHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the RBHA office at (256) 356-4695 from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
