The Oaks Senior Public Housing Waiting List

The Dallas Housing Authority (DHA) Senior Public Housing waiting list for The Oaks apartments is currently open.

The DHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from December 6, 2022 at 10:00 am CT, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

Please note: According to the DHA, "Applicants that do not have access to a computer may use computers located at a branch of the Dallas Public Library or a computer kiosk located in the DHA Headquarters located at 3939 N. Hampton Rd., Dallas, TX 75212, where additional assistance will be provided, upon request".

Preferences have not yet been confirmed. 

Selected applicants will be placed on this waiting list by random lottery.
