The Housing Authority of the City of Frisco (HACF) Public Housing waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from April 17, 2019 at 12:00 pm CT until at least July, 2021.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

  • Residency
    • Resident of the City of Frisco, TX (hereafter referred to as Frisco)
    • Resident of Frisco for multiple years* (maximum of 5 years for scoring consideration)
  • Employment
    • Employed in Frisco
    • Employed in Frisco for multiple years* (max. of 5 years for scoring consideration) 
    • Currently employed outside of Frisco 
    • Unable to work*** (disability, medical)
    • Full-time employment
    • Co-resident or dependent 18+ years of age also working
    • Employed 12+ months at current job 
    • Current or retired City of Frisco or Frisco ISD employee (fire, police, staff, etc.)
  • Other
    • Application tenure (time on waiting list, per annum credit)
    • Elderly

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
