Housing Authority of Malakoff Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Malakoff (HAM) Public Housing waiting list for Efficiency, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments is currently open. 

The HAM is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of July 25, 2022, until further notice.

Please note: The Texas Housing Association website states, "current waitlist is 18 to 24 months".

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Pick up an application from the HAM, located at 347 South Martin Plaza Malakoff, TX 75148.
2. Call (903) 489-1517.
3. Send an email to [email protected].

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
