Housing Authority of Royse City Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Royse City is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments since at least February, 2020, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Pick up an application from the HARC, located at 305 N Houston St, Royse City, TX 75189, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm.
2. Call (469) 707-3502 for more information.

The wait time for 1-Bedroom is 42-48 months and for the 2-bedroom is 24 months and 3-Bedroom is 36 months.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
