2-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Winnsboro last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for 2-bedroom apartments from the earliest confirmed date of March 24, 2023, until July 10, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Submitted online to the HAW  as a pdf.
2. Mailed to the HAW.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Involuntarily Displaced
  • Natural Disaster, Code Enforcement, Witness Protection, Domestic Violence, Youth Aging Out of Foster Care.
• Working Family
  • Employment, Disability
• Homeless, Veteran
• Education, training

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
