Housing Authority of Pecos Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Pecos (HAP) Public Housing waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July, 2020, until further notice.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

• Pick up an application from the HAP office, located at 2320 Teague Lane, Pecos, Texas.
• Call (432) 447-2807 to request an application by mail.
• Send an email to [email protected].

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

Current wait times vary based on unit size but average wait for 1 bedrooms is 1 year, and the family units (2-3 bedrooms) average wait is 1 1/2 years.
