Oak Leaf Village Apartments Senior / Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Marshall Housing Authority (MHA) last accepted Elderly and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for apartments at Oak Leaf Village Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January, 2018, until March 31, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Pick up an application from the MHA office.
2. Call the MHA to request an application by mail, email or fax.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Homeless Shelter Referral

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
