Housing Authority of the City of Bay City Public Housing Waiting List

The Bay City Housing Authority Public Housing waiting list is open as of August 8, 2024. It is not known when it first opened. No closing date has been specified.

The housing authority manages 86 public housing units.

To apply you must either:

• Visit the PHA office at 3012 Sycamore Avenue, Bay City, TX 77414, during business hours (Monday to Thursday 7:30AM to 5:30PM and Fridays 8:30AM to 12:00 Noon)
• Contact the PHA by phone or the Contact Us form on their website here.

No preferences have been confirmed and you should speak with the PHA to determine if they exist.

• Original Birth Certificates
• Social Security Cards for ALL household individuals (No exceptions)
