San Marcos Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The San Marcos Housing Authority (SMHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list for 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of as of June, 2017, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the paper application. 
2. Call the SMHA at (512) 353-5059 to request an application my mail.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Applicants who live or work in Hays County. 

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
