To apply: Complete the online application.
There are no preferences.
It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
For more information, visit the SHA website, or call the office at (830) 303-4898, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
