Villa Serena Public Housing Waiting List

The New Braunfels Housing Authority (NBHA) Public Housing waiting list for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Villa Serena is closed.

The NBHA last accepted applications for this waiting list as of February, 2020, until January 31, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
