Schertz Housing Authority Senior / Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Schertz Housing Authority (SHA) Senior and Disabled Public Housing waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted from January 2020 until further notice.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Pick up an application at the SHA office, located at 2014 Schertz Parkway, Schertz, TX 78154.
2. Call (210) 658-1001 during office hours, to request an application by mail. 

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be:

1. Mailed to the SHA office at 204 Schertz Parkway, Schertz, Texas, 78154.
2. Dropped off at the SHA office at the address above, during office hours.

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.

According to SHA, "There is an estimated 2-3 year wait at this time"
